Diana Kay "Diane" Wheeler

Diana Kay “Diane” Wheeler of Strawberry Plains, TN was called home on December 10, 2021, surrounded by her family after a long 8-year battle with cancer. Diane is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Wayne E. Wheeler, her parents, Helen and Ulysses Wright, and sisters, Mary Helen Hill and Katherine Griffin. Diane worked at Levi Strauss & Co. in the early 1970s and then became secretary for the family business, Wheeler Woodworking/Wheeler-Mull Furniture. Survived by children, Vicki (David) Stinson, Shawna (Shane) Lonas, Jamie Wheeler, and Kelly Mull, grandchildren, Kayla (Cody) Shular, Chris Fields, Justin (Jennifer) Kennedy, Brett (Jessica) Mull, Blake Mull, Raven Wheeler, Jared (Kyndra) Henshaw, Savion Miller, and Wade Stinson, 10 great grandchildren, and also survived by niece, Jacqueline “Lala” Frazier, her best friend of over 40 years Debbie Ward, and longtime family friend, Donna Mull. Graveside service will be held Tuesday December 14, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Wheeler Family Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie White officiating.
