Delwin Carlyle Kemp, Sr., age 72, of Dandridge, TN went home to be with his Lord and Savior after a short illness on March 8, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Sadie Kemp; three brothers; three sisters; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Royce and Frances Dennis; two brothers-in-law. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Patricia Ann Kemp; daughters, Melessa (Wayne) Bland of Seymour, TN, Frances Shults of Dandridge, TN; son, Del Kemp, Jr. of Dandridge, TN; nine grandchildren, Eric Shults, Autumn Bland, Heather (Brandon) Hilpert, Tia (Anthony) Ballard, Tabytha Bland, Isaiah (Amy) Kemp, Dakota Shults, Sadie Shults, Cassidy Shults; three great-grandchildren, Walker, Ryan and Brantley; three brothers; two sisters; seven sisters-in-law; and three brothers-in-law. Celebration of Life service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Lawson’s Chapel in Dandridge, TN.
