Deborah Poarch, age 63, of White Pine passed away on Monday, June 23, 2026, after a brief illness at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare Systems. She is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Sarah Shelton, late husband, Bill Poarch, sisters, C. L. Roberts, Elgiva Moss, brothers, Albert, Andrew, John, Robert Shelton.

Deborah is survived by her children, Becky (Chris) France, Chadd (Angie) Birchfield, PJ (Hallie) Birchfield, Trey (Destiny) Birchfield, sisters, Nina Grisham, Ethel Mae Cagle and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews,

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Paul Moore officiating, Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in White Pine Cemetery.
