Deborah Ann Lykens

DEBORAH ANN LYKENS, age 69, of Jefferson City, TN passed away on October 11, 2018 at Jefferson City Health and Rehab. Preceded in death by son, James Clevenger; parents, Jimmie and Frankie Clevenger; sister, Libbie Reagon; brother, Bill Clevenger. She is survived by sister, Constance Reagan; grandson, Tyler Clevenger; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Gary Miller officiating.
