David Gene Whisman

DAVID G. WHISMAN, age 76, of Dandridge, TN, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at UT Medical Center following an extended illness. He was a member of Shady Grove Methodist Church. David was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired law enforcement officer and federal investigator for the U.S. Department of Defense. He is survived by his son, Jeff (Bobbi) Whisman of Ghent, WV; grandchildren, Brianna, Brittany, Rayven, Bristol, Autumn, Logan, and great-grandson Zylen. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Shady Grove Methodist Church at 1675 Harold Patterson Road, Dandridge, TN 37725. A private graveside service will be held at Shady Grove Cemetery.
