Christy L. Torales

Christy L. Torales, age 44, of Dandridge, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord peacefully on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. She was born in Sevierville, Tennessee, on December 15, 1981.

Christy was a beloved wife, mother, family member, and friend whose life touched the hearts of many. She will be remembered for the love she shared with those around her and for the lasting memories she created with her family, friends, and loved ones.

Christy was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis Wilson and Peggy Mashburn, and her beloved adopted mother, Brenda Shortoak. She leaves to cherish her memory of her devoted spouse, Tony Fain; her sons, Stephen Torales and Sullivan Torales; devoted cousins RJ Tipton and Kyron Tipton; devoted aunt and cousin Regina Wilson and Morgan Tipton; as well a host of family and many devoted friends who loved and cared for her deeply.

Though Christy is no longer with us in person, the love she gave, the memories she created, and the legacy she left behind will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her. As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the love she gave so freely.

A visitation will take place from 4PM to 6PM, Thursday, August 27, 2026 at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge. A Celebration of Life will follow with Pastor David Cleveland officiating.
