Charles "Chuck" Howard Summers

Charles “Chuck” Summers, age 77 of Baneberry, TN, passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System. He is retired from Illinois Department of Transportation and a member of First United Methodist Church of White Pine. Chuck enjoyed golfing, fishing, traveling, and most of all spending time with his family. He was a former Mayor of Baneberry, a member of Leadvale Masonic Lodge F&AM #390 and an avid Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers fan. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sue Summers; children, Dawn Duncan (Charles), David Summers (Pam), Matthew Summers (Becky), Melissa Foster-Payne (Dan); grandchildren, Caroline and Lauren Duncan, Jackson and Ethan Summers, Ashley and Thomas Summers, Brady Parson, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021, at 7:00 pm, First United Methodist Church of White Pine. Family and friends may pay their respects between the hours of 6:00-7:00 pm prior to the service.
