Charles "Buster" Franklin Combs

CHARLES F. “BUSTER” COMBS, age 70, of Rutledge, TN passed away on June 11, 2025 at his home. He was a lifelong member of Shiloh Methodist Church, a great big brother, retired after 38 years from Mahle, and enjoyed watching racing, and spent much of his time doing what he loved, farming. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert “Bob” Combs and Thelma Law Combs. He is survived by his siblings, Kathie Combs Stewart (Stanley), Robyn Combs, Bobby Combs, and Susan Combs Farmer (Elbert); special step-son, Garrett Bullington, step children by heart, Jessica Sewell and Billy Ray Gann; nieces and nephews, Mandi, Nicholas, Kasey, Sara and Aaron; several great nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 pm. On Monday, June 16, 2025 at Farrar Funeral Home. Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Jack Jenkins officiating. Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
