Cecil "Jimmy" W. Ratliff

CECIL “JIMMY” W. RATLIFF, age 63, of Dandridge, TN, passed away April 14, 2021. Cecil was a kind, loving and hardworking man. He attended Beech Springs Baptist Church in Kodak, TN where he loved worshiping. Cecil also enjoyed bicycling, fishing, and visiting historical establishments with his wife, Catherine, and restoring cars. He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine Ratliff; son, Eric (Stephanie) Ratliff; stepdaughters, Jessica Kessler, Rachel Robertson and Victoria (Jordan) Ison; and grandchildren, Trystan, Jordan, Trinity, Shelby and Rayland. There will be a visitation on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Beech Springs Baptist Church in Kodak, TN with a service to follow at 11:00am with Reverend Sam Grindstaff officiating.
