Carol Alice Balough

Carol Alice Balough, age 89 of Dandridge, passed away atSignature Lifestyles, Jefferson City on Monday, January 3, 2022. Sheis preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, John Nelson Balough, her parents, Bert Arthur and Gladys Doty Taylor, her sisters, Ruth and Joyce and Judy, and her daughter Deborah Joanne Balough. Carol is survived by, son, Tim, 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other family members. Carol will Lie in State at Farrar Funeral Home, Jefferson City on Thursday, January 6, 2022 between the hours 4:00pm and 6:00pm. She will be laid to rest at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Hwy.
