CARLA MCCOY, age 60, of Strawberry Plains, TN went to be her Lord and Savior on December 13, 2023. She was a proud member of Rutledge Pike Baptist Church, where she stood strong in her faith until the “end.” Preceded in death by the love of her life and soul mate, Brian E. McCoy; parents, Dixon and Mary Janeway; and sister, Dixie Janeway. Karla leaves behind her son, Brian Charles McCoy; devoted, loving sister, Monica (Harold) Kuziak; the joy and sunshine of her life, grandson, Gavin Charles McCoy; and loving granddaughter, Brooke Harvey. Graveside funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2023 at Valley View Cemetery with Rev. Dustin Copeland officiating.
