He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, a member of Noeton Baptist Church and the Klye Masonic Lodge # 422 at Whitesburg. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Lyle Worthington. Survived by son, Richard Rines and daughter-in-law, Delina; special granddaughter and fiancé, Ashley Rines and Jimmy Lamb; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joe and Ingrid Worthington, Elmer and Sandra Worthington; sisters and brother-in-law, Wanda Lipton, Bill and Shirley Harris; several special nieces, nephews and family members. He will be greatly missed by many. Funeral services will be held 8:00 p.m. Sunday, January 30, 2005 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend John Clonce officiating. Masonic services will be held immediately before the service. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. prior to the service. The interment will be private.
