BONNIE SILVER PROFFITT, age 100, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Life Care of Jefferson City. Preceded in death by husband, James Proffitt; and son, John Wesley Proffitt. She is survived by daughter-in-law, Sue Proffitt; granddaughters, Angela Johnson and Becky Moore (Doug); four great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; many other family and friends, including those at Flat Gap Baptist Church. Graveside funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday at Farrar Funeral Home prior to the graveside service.
