Billy D Otterman

BILLY OTTERMAN, age 60, of Dandridge, TN passed away at his home on January 8, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents, Billie D. Otterman and Virginia Marie Cook Otterman; and sisters, Glenda Mae Hart and Judy Boling. Billy is survived by his wife, Joanne Otterman; children, David (Tanya) Running, Jason (Makaylah) Running, and Amy Hauk; grandchildren, Devin, Ciara, Noah, Alyssa, Lylah, Iris, Aleister “Big Al”,  Cierra, Chloe, Cody, and Caelib; sisters, Brenda Sorrel and Rhonda Deem; several nieces and nephews and special nephew Paul J. Carr and brother in heart, Jerry Burdine. There are no services scheduled at this time.
