Billie Jean Smallman

Billie Jean Miller Smallman, age 80, of Talbott, TN passed away suddenly Thursday, July 6, 2023 at her residence. She was a retired educator with the Hamblen County School System. She was a member of Talbott Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Smallman; parents, Everette and Mary Miller; and sister, Nancy Smith. She is survived by her sister, Jennie Horner and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 21, 2023 at True Life Church, 860 E Hwy 11E, Jefferson City, Tn 37760 with Pastor Jimmy Inman officiating.
