Betty R. Collins Sane

BETTY R. COLLINS SANE, age 76, of Jefferson City, TN passed away at home on November 8, 2017 after a brief illness. She was of the Baptist faith and retired from BASF after 24 years. Preceded in death by special daughter, Belinda Lowe; husband, Cicero Sane; parents, Paul and Jennie Vee Collins; sister, Oda Vee Reagan; brothers, Don Collins and David Collins. She is survived by sister, Joyce (Jerry) Shaver of White Pine; special nephew and caregivers, Lester and Tina Bell; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Margaret Smith. Special thanks to Amedisys Hospice for their care and support. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Collins and Lester Bell officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Sunday at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service.
