Bennie O. Atkins
BENNIE STAPLETON ATKINS, age 81, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022 at home. Preceded in death by brothers, Larry and Emory Stapleton; sister, Mary Courtney. She was the former owner of Custom Care Cleaners. She is survived by her daughter, Barbie Dyer (James); son, Tony Atkins (Sandy); grandchildren, Marcus and Megan Atkins; great-granddaughter, Blair Atkins; brother, Phillip Stapleton (Mary Alice); several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2022 at Jefferson City Christian Church with Rev. Bob Emmert officiating. Family will receive friends from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. prior to the service. Following the service everyone may gather in the Multi Purpose Room of the church until 7:00 p.m. to share memories and fellowship.
