Barbara Jo Smith

Barbara J. Smith departed this world on October 28, 2023. Barbara was born on November 26, 1941, in Cheshire, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac Wayne Rupe and Bernice E. Rupe, brother Donald B. Rupe and her beloved daughter, Stefny K. Smith.

 

She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories in the hearts of those she touched. Barbara is survived by her devoted husband William E. Smith; son Floyd Eugene Smith; daughter-in-law Michele Smith; granddaughters Elizabeth Efflandt and Mary Smith; grandsons-in-law Alexander Efflandt and Milan Curlej; sister Betty Kelly; brother-in-law George Kelly; sister-in-laws Libby Foster and Martie Free; in-laws Burt and Brenda Bogard; niece Denise Carr; nephew Joe Kelly; and Ryan Royston who was like a son to her.
