Phyllis Ann Hayes, 73 , of Talbott went to be with the lord at her home surrounded by her family on May 16, 2019. She was saved at a young age and was a faithful member of Brown’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She is proceeded in death by her father and mother Wilson and Pauline Osborne; and brother, Roger Osborne; and sister, Geraldine Moore. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Clarence, son Scott (Joni) Hayes of Talbott; daughter Melissa (Landon) Singleton of Rogersville. six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. sister Donna (Lonnie) Knight of Talbott; and brother Mike (Shirley) Osborne of White Pine. Several nieces and nephews, and other family and friends. Special thanks to Amedysis Home Health and Hospice caregivers for their love and care for our family. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City. Graveside funeral service will be held on Monday May 20, 2019 at 11:00 am at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery with Rev. Robbie McBee; Rev. James Seal and Rev. Lucas Archer.
