Joyce Elain Seals Saylor

Joyce Elain Seals Saylor, age 70, of Talbott, TN went to be with the Lord on Friday October 12, 2018 at home after a long battle with COPD. She was a member of Friendsview Missionary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Penny Sue Saylor Johnson. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Loyd Saylor, Jr.; brother, Jimmy Karl Seals; and her beloved church family and friends. A celebration of Life will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J.C. Morgan and Rev. Shannon Atkins officiating. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the memorial service. The family requests that memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
