Joy Elaine Running

Joy Elaine Running, age 78 of Dandridge, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020. She was a member of Hopewell Presbyterian Church and was retired from Highland County, Florida in the Economic Development Commission. Joy is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Frances Johnson Campbell. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Lyle J. Running, daughter, Joanne (Billy) Otterman, son, Todd (Juno) Running, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, brothers, Mark, Gary, Les and Matt Campbell. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
