JASON WAYNE HORNE, age 48, of Rutledge, TN passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. Preceded in death by mother, Elaine Irene Horne. He is survived by his fiance`, Penny Atkins and son, Jessie; father, Tony Horne; brothers and sisters, Shawn Horne, Jeff Horne, RaeAnn Hoyle (Carnell), Nicole Solomon (Travis); several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
