EVELYN F. BREEDEN, age 74, of Talbott, TN passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Tennova Turkey Creek Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents, Otha and Ethel Carmichael; brother, Dale Eugene Carmichael; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Elliott. She is survived by husband, Jack Breeden; brother, George “Buck” Carmichael (Helen, dec.), Johnny Carmichael (Geraldine); and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Hamblen Memory Gardens for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service with Rev. Darrell Chambers officiating. The body will lie in state on Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home.
