Esther "Mneatha" Milliman

ESTHER “MNEATHA” MILLIMAN, age 85, of Jefferson City, TN and formerly of Le Roy, NY and Winter Haven, FL, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Chandler House in Jefferson City. Preceded in death by husband, Edward M. Milliman. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Moore (Clifford); son, James E. Milliman (Becky); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Suzanne Sickles (Robert); brother, William McKenzie (Barbara); several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2019 at East TN Veterans Cemetery in Knoxville with Pastor Brock Webster officiating.
