Clayton J. Lindsey

CLAYTON J. LINDSEY, age 73, of Jefferson City, TN went to be with his Lord on August 5, 2019 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was saved at an early age and was a loyal member of Faith Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, proud father and grandfather. Preceded in death by parents, Johnny and Pearlie Lindsey. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Lindsey; son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Angela Lindsey; granddaughter, Jessica Lindsey; brother, David Lindsey; sister, Darlene Baz; several other relatives. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Faith Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Campbell officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. at Jefferson Memorial Gardens on Thursday morning for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
