William C. Eslinger

WILLIAM C. ESLINGER, age 74, of Dandridge, TN passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City after a brief illness. He is the son of the late William D. and Ida Eslinger of Dandridge, TN. He was a longtime member of the Dandridge community, having worked for Tinsley-Bible Drug, White Store and Farrar Funeral Home, among many others. William was a member of Greenhill Baptist Church of Dandridge, Brazelton Lodge #190 F&AM, Martha Dandridge OES, and was a former member of the Dandridge Volunteer Fire Department . William is survived by his wife, Shirley D. Eslinger; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Ronnie Bayless of Dandridge; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Greenhill Baptist Church of Dandridge with Rev. Lynn McElyea and Dennis Rimmer officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Graveside interment service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning at Hillcrest Cemetery with Masonic Rites by Brazelton Lodge #190. Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler Adams, Dwight Bayless, Ronnie Bayless, Alex Norwood, Andrew Rimmer, Darrell Thomas and Jim Thomas.
