Patricia "Pat" Ann Reliford

. PATRICIA ANN “PAT” RELIFORD, age 60, of Jefferson City, TN passed away suddenly Sunday, July 26, 2015 at her residence. She was of the Baptist faith. She was retired from Douglas-Cherokee Head Start with 14 years of service as a family service worker. Preceded in death by her husband, Earl Reliford and son, Godot Reliford. She is survived by daughter, Patrice Reliford of Cinti, OH; son, Desmond Reliford of Jefferson City; grandsons, Cashten Brown and Destin Adams; brother, Terry Jackson of Cinti, OH; sisters, Pamela Bates of Cinti, OH, Donna Nelson of Smyrna, GA, Regina Lewis of Hampton, GA; several nieces and nephews. Graveside memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Westview Cemetery. Family and friends will visit following the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to E. E. Pack Scholarship Fund, c/o Barbara Dean at Boyd’s Chapel United Methodist Church.
