Mary Ausmus Huffaker

Mary Ausmus Huffaker, age 99 of New Market, TN passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Hodges Cottage of Jefferson County Nursing Home. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Huffaker, and son, John Huffaker. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She is survived by her son, Bob (Jeanette) Huffaker, daughter, Alma (Riley) Cox, 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Pauline Norton, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Allen Smith officiating. Graveside service will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home.
