EVELINE GREEN MEREDITH, age 90, of Talbott, TN passed away at home on May 15, 2018. She was a member of Talbott Baptist Church and retired from Plasti-Line in Knoxville. Preceded in death by mother, Nancy Hatmaker; husband, John R. Meredith; sister, Kathy Dyer; brothers-in-law, Danny Dyer and Paul Meredith; sister-in-law, Oral Ruth Creswell. She is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Cheryl Meredith; grandson, John D. Meredith and wife Macqueline; granddaughter, Elizabeth Mounts and husband Todd; great-grandchildren, Addison, Jackson, John Houston, Harper and Berkleigh; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Poole, Electra Brogdon and Ada Beth Meredith; several nieces and nephews; cousins, Anna Lee Hughes, Wilma and Paul Jackson; and special friend, Sue Denton. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City with Rev. Mike Henegar officiating. Graveside interment service will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Talbott Baptist Church, 507 Kansas Talbott Road, Talbott, TN 37877.
