Dorsie "Dot" Moody Gray

DORSIE “DOT” MOODY GRAY, age 87, of Rutledge, TN passed away at home on May 26, 2015. She was a longtime faithful member of Oakland Baptist Church, who loved her Lord, her church and her family. Preceded in death by her husband, Archie Gray; parents, Hugh and Florence Farrar Moody; brothers, Henry Moody and Samuel Moody. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and David Hodges; son and daughter-in-law, Everett and Pat Gray; grandchildren, Jill (Luke) Cabbage, Morgan Gray, Daniel (Julie) Gray; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Tucker, David, Cooper and Mary Beth; special niece, Missy McAnally; special friend, Jerry Roach; and several other extended family members. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, May 27, 2015 at Oakland Baptist Church with Rev. Stacey Lawson officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Thursday morning at Oakland Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
