Allen Cody

Allen Cody, age 83 of White Pine, passed away at his home on Friday, March 23, 2018. He was retired from BASF. He is preceded in death by his sons, Ricky Allen Cody and Jerry Lynn Cody, parents, Emmitt and Linda Grindstaff Cody, brothers, Emmitt Cody Jr and Burt Cody, sisters, Margaret Baxter, Elsie Sartain and Ida Bell Cody. Allen is survived by his children, daughter Peggy Sue (Mike) Saylor and son, Phillip (Darlene) Cody, grandchildren, Anthony Livesay, Shane Livesay, Eric Saylor, Cassie Smith, Ricky Cody and Melinda Cody, several great-grandchildren, brothers, Wilbert Cody, Paul (Georgie) Cody, Cecil (Linda) Cody and Robert (Patty) Cody, sisters, Jeanie Gray, Dorothy (JC) Toby and Irene (Harrison) Smith, several nieces, nephews, and other family members. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 26, 2018, 7:00pm in the Chapel of Farrar Funeral Home, White Pine, family will receive friends from 5-7:00pm prior to the service. The family will gather at White Pine Cemetery for a 1:00pm Graveside Interment Service on Tuesday, March 27, 2018.
